About the Role:
If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. You will start the journey of leading business trend in retail world. As a Key Account Manager (Yonghui Self run), your main focus will be in developing the business with the assigned platform. You’ll work alongside with Senior KA manager to build brilliant relationship with the client, analyzing business performance, negotiating with client’s contracts and joint business plans, defining specific customer plans, programs, and future business opportunities.
•Support Senior NKA Manager in proposing the annual plan for the assigned KA Self-run customers (Yonghui) to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth, as part of JBP.
Customized Strategic Plans for the assigned self-run Platform
•Analyze current Customer/Platform/distributor Performance and defines future business opportunities;
•Develop SWOT Analyses & Performance Reviews by Customer;
•Define specific Action Plan for platform/distributor;
•Continuously Monitor Platform/distributor Performance.
Deployment & Control
•Clearly Communicates with field sales/KA team/EC new retail team the Agreements reached with assigned KA Platform(Yonghui) and the Action Plan (promotions, etc.) to be deployed on the Market
•Monitors the actual on-platform deployment is aligned with defined plans and policies;
•Monitors Sales, Stocks & Building Blocks KPIs for the KA Self-run customers assigned
•Maintain the assigned assortment through on time listing and code opening
Data analysis for assigned KA self-run
•Collect and analyze the assigned KA Self-run platform (Yonghui) performances and market trends;
Prepare internal reports for data sharing (scan data, project evaluations, promotions ROI.)
•Further business development and sales model establishment for assigned KA banner (Yonghui)
•Allocate KA Self-run volumes and align inside KA team;
•Oversee category-level sales forecast processes for assigned Self-run platform
•Propose and meet sales budget, revenue, volumes, growth, trade spending for the assigned platform.
•Ties Trade Spending to specific Business-driving Activities (Promotions, 2nd Placements, etc.);
•Communicate retailer needs back to Marketing, Trade Marketing teams.
•Develop medium and long-term business opportunities at assigned KA self-run platform (Yonghui)
•Work with KA self-run platform (Yonghui) and buyers to execute all strategic plans
•Define and negotiate contracts with the assigned KA self-run platform(Yonghui);
•Develops with the support of MKT/NCP/SCD and specific online activities to achieve the strategic goals of the KA self-run platform assigned.
Who we are looking for:
• At least 8 years’ experience of increasing levels of KA management experience;
• Proven experience in E-commerce/O2O of delivering commercial results in an FMCG environment;
• Strong analytical, E-account management and negotiation skills;
• E-platform knowledge, top to top cooperation experience;
• E-market knowledge. E-channel KPI knowledge;
• Must have E-commerce/O2O market knowledge, Nice to have MT Knowledge;
• Joint annual Channel & Customer Plan; knowledge of E-Commercial New Retail Logistics;
* Chinese Local Labor contract with local package will be provided for this position.
** Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking.
