About the Role:

For our Ferrero Group Headquarters, we are looking for a Senior IT Program Manager who will become part of our IT Department based in Luxembourg.

Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity you will be responsible for the management of IT Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Programs.

As IT Program Manager you will lead cross domain transformational projects and coordinate project streams under your responsibility, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the program’s plan, managing resources, budget, time, and quality constraints.

Moreover, you will play an active role in the Program Steering Committees, reporting on project progress and answering any questions raised by all relevant stakeholders.

Your main activities include the program planning and delivery, operating according to program constraints, such as business strategy, scope and objectives, highlighting milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and remediation plans.

While developing the program plan, you will have to guarantee the proper cascading to the project stream leaders and coordinate the project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases while ensuring involving subject matter experts when necessary. Moreover, you will facilitate the required change management, the transition from project to process is part of your main responsibility.

Constant program monitoring in terms of deliverables, timing and risk management is required, recommending proper actions to tackle project issues when needed.

As a Program Manager you will also collect information on costs and benefits for IT programs under your area of responsibility, provide monthly consolidation of the key figures vs budget/plan and give visibility to all the stakeholders involved in the process.

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will directly manage the most important projects in the Post-Merger Integration area, guaranteeing that the defined solutions are deployed according to the available budget, within the given time constraints and with high level of quality.  In managing PMI Programs, you will be constantly in contact with the most relevant senior stakeholders, to guaranteeing constant alignment and governance. The program scope is normally related to the integration of the acquired companies.

In this role you will report directly to the IT Post-Merger Integration Platform Leader and you will: coordinate pools of external Project Managers; interact with IT Leadership Team, and the Center of Expertise (CoE); relate with business stakeholders; manage external vendors.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university degree background in Management Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, Economics or similar and 6 to 8+ years of experience. Ideally, you have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role/function of a multinational Company.

Having a PMP or equivalent Certification will be a strong asset.

Being an excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, you will conduct and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to assure business continuity throughout the project’s lifecycle.

You bring strong Program and Project Management skills, knowledge of Agile Methodology and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, negotiation, time management and problem-solving skills. 

You are fluent in English and are proficient MS Office and have a strong knowledge as a user in SAP ERP.

A high level of self-motivation, intrapreneurship, and ability to combine people and relationship management skills will be an asset for this role, together with your strong analytical mindset and your well-organized, detail-oriented attitude.
