About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will be reporting directly to the Account Payables and Receivables Manager.
For this position, you will help, work closely and in cooperation with two different teams within the organization: Intercompany Team and Third Party Team.
You'll spend a lot of time supporting intercompany reconciliation process (mismatch analysis and investigation), month end closure procedures and related checks, drawing up training materials and testing activities related to new flows implementations.
Moreover, you will learn how to manage invoices discrepancies and payments processing.
On top of that, you will contribute on preparing ad hoc specialized reports and analysis (e.g. Invoices discrepancies and trend monitoring, ICY reconciliations). You will be able to analyze and resolve issues related to payments delays and invoices blocked for posting and any other unusual issue related to purchasing and sales transactions.
Transitory accounts reconciliation and unapplied cash monitoring will be as well managed by you.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Economics;
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible;
- Ability to interact effectively and appropriately;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English.
