About the Role:
For our Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Route to Market and Commercial Capabilities Manager to join our Sales Business Development Team.
In this international team, working at Group level, you will actively support one of our current key project, the Route to Market global blueprint definition, alongside with other Sales topics such as Commercial Policies, Distributors Management etc.
ROUTE TO MARKET BLUEPRINT & DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT
You will be gathering inputs from local and global Sales teams and actively supporting the definition of the new Route to Market blueprint at Group level.
You will be supporting in the cascading/implementation of the Route to Market and Distributor Blueprints.
Additionally, you will be governing the Distributor Evaluation process and identifying strategic priorities concerning Distributor management and monitoring the execution of the defined initiatives.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT
You will be contributing to the definition of actions plans to improve service level and cost to serve on International customers by monitoring Service Level and cost to serve evolution, developing a deep understanding of Service Level and Cost to serve root causes establishing cooperation with S&OP team and cooperate with S&OP to ensure the implementation of the defined strategy to achieve Quality Service Level.
Additionally, you will be monitoring customer’s collection / payment terms collaborating with Group Credit team and identify priorities to be addressed.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MAINTENANCE
You will be identifying and recommending Commercial Policy improvements and providing support to markets on Commercial policy adoption, as well as monitoring their implementation with the support of the Area Revenue & Trade Management.
To drive solutions, you will be following up on Commercial GRC issues.
Moreover, you will be controlling the maintenance of the relevant commercial documentation for the principal model and drive compliance.
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree;
- Between 8 and 12 years of professional experience, ideally within a multinational company with a matrix organization;
- Successful past experience working on Route To Market Development, Field Force Management and/or Distributor Management;
- Sound knowledge of the FMCG sector;
- Team player, entrepreneurial spirit, and pro-active attitude;
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- English is mandatory, any other languages is a plus.
