Now is your time to come an join our Ferrero Pralines team as a Brand Manager and experience magical moments by significantly contributing to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands. You will be developing strategies for Premium Chocolate by developing and implementing ideas and projects.
As the Brand Manager on Premium Chocolate you will formulate and implement key elements of the annual brand strategy, while managing the delivery of portfolio renovation and innovation projects from strategy to implementation.
You will be accountable for the monitoring and delivery of brand performance across key metrics. Developing and executing engaging commercial presentations for the sales teams and key retailers.
Work with creative and media agencies to deliver engaging communication plans across channels such as TV and digital while being responsible for the annual brand expenditure budget.
Who we are looking for:
You will have strong brand management experience in the FMCG industry with strong strategic thinking, project management and attention to details.
You would have a natural curiosity and consumer focus, with a keen eye for data isinghts and emerging trends. Proven experience of building effective relationships, managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals.
