About the Role:
Support Senior Special Channel Manage to aaccelerate special channel business growth (Horeca channels including but not limited to coffee and tea stores, factories etc.), to deep dive food service channel and customer development, finding more business opportunity to drive sales contribution.
Support Special Channel Development & Distributor Management
- Responsible for Horeca channel business with maintaining current business momentum and develop more opportunities with new products listing at the same time;
- Keep developing Sales Volume of Horeca channel business for growth;
- Continuously assist to develop business opportunities in special channel, build up new channels gradually in align with the Special Channel strategy;
- Aligned with trading term, prices structure and trade support such as POSM with cross functional teams, for different channel and customer.
- Assist to maintain strategic relationships with key customers/distributors based on a depth understanding of the requirements of foodservice business.
- Coordinate annual negotiation of channel customers/distributors and sign up annual contract for channel assigned.
- Monitor and control customer inventory leveraging data analysis, control and supervise terminal prices and customer expenses.
