About the Role:
For our HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a S2P Reporting on Governance Specialist.
You will work as part of the Procurement Competence Center team, the Center of Excellence embedded within Procurement accountable for S2P Process Innovation, S2P Process Governance (Guardian of S2P Process and S2P Policy), Simplify/ Standardize and Share (making Procurement’s life easier).
Moreover, you will be fully involved in the Source 2 Pay Transformation journey.
Finally, as S2P Reporting on Governance Specialist, you will monitor the new S2P Process execution End to End and support in the “S2P Adoption” monitoring and reporting up to S2P Steering Committee or PLT with the CPO.
Main Responsibilities:
As a direct report to the Head of Procurement Competence Center, you will support the monitoring of the new S2P Global Process adoption within the Procurement Function by measuring the Direct & Indirect Spend Categories adherence to Global standards through a list of Process KPIs.
The S2P Process KPIs are covering several aspects like Supplier Registration and Qualification, tender Process and Tender Demand Coordination; supplier Risk Management; contracts Management and direct and Indirect Buying Channels performances.
Understanding the KPIs data from a Business perspective, cooperating with the Procurement Departments identifying possible road blockers/ bottlenecks in the S2P Process execution are also tasks that will be under your responsibility.
On top of that, you will support in the preparation of a monthly “Book of report” for the CPO/ Procurement Leadership, to formalize the S2P Process KPIs values and the reasons behind any gap between Target vs. Actual.
In this role, you will also help the Change Management, supporting the Procurement colleagues getting used to be formally measured via KPIs.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your Master Degree in Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields with 5-7 years of experience in Procurement.
Having an analytical mindset, curiosity to learn, and inter-cultural sensitivity with interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for you.
You are a time-player with strong commitment to excellence who demonstrates some managerial skills like planning, stakeholders management, effective status reporting and follow up, risks and issue escalation handling and deadlines management.
Moreover, you have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel), Microsoft Power BI and any other reporting tools as Business user.
Finally, you are fluent in English.
