About the Role:
An amazing opportunity arrived to join us at Ferrero as a National Account Manager. You can be a part of our professional Team delivering quality in everything we do. A successful candidate will manage and supervise the relationship with the Central entitles of the client, to negotiate, sing contracts and develop the sales plan. Support the Sales Manager in defining the sales strategies (target programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies).
As the National Account Manager, you will participate in budget management and have full responsibility for proposing sales budgets, forecasting and monitoring assigned structure cost and ensuring alignment between trade and business objectives to comply with spend guidelines.
You will be responsible for establishing commercial priorities such as pricing, promotional projects or display activities as well as setting growth target and monitoring performance and giving possible solutions to any identified gaps and define customer plan guidelines regarding e.g. sales target, profit, timing, pricing etc.
You will be responsible for providing Management with information regarding sales and plans in the UK as well as maintaining high level of professional relationship with the customer.
You will be managing on the System e.g. customer structure and relationship between different distribution branches; keeping customer master date updated base on information received from the field and performs controls on possible anomalies.
Who we are looking for:
You will be a professional individual with an understanding of or background wholesales. You will possess strong verbal, negotiating and influencing skills and a thorough aptitude for analysis and strategy with exposure to building JBP’s, P&L management to drive forward growth.
You will be competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other technical platforms, including social media.
