About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg headquarters is looking for a Planning Specialist for Toys under Kinder Products with Surprise for a fixed-term contract to join the Third Parties Manufacturing team, reporting to the Kinder Products with Surprise Area Europe Planning Manager.
In this capacity, you will be key in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Toy deliveries for some of our most iconic brands.
According to the Toy demands from Central Planning, you will coordinate daily with European Toy Suppliers to share volume releases, verify long term and weekly production plans, monitor Toy shipments and manage the delivery schedule of Kinder Products with Surprise to Ferrero plants.
You will remain the point of contact and share information about progresses and issues to all involved stakeholders. Specifically, you will ensure the constant alignment and update of planning volumes within all departments of Area Europe, Central Planning and Operations Development. You will also verify the master data shared by the Suppliers. You will solve any issues impacting Toy deliveries with the support of all Kinder Products with Surprise Area Europe, including our Engineering and Procurement departments.
You will collaborate with the Logistics Manager and the Plants to ensure proper warehouse saturation and in preparation of container shipments of bulk Toys to other geographies.
You will support the implementation of specific IT tools to manage Kinder Products with Surprise Planning and you will resolve possible IT problems regarding the Toy delivery plan. Lastly, you will analyze and resolve SAP Work Items related to Toy deliveries to our Hub.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent, combined with around 3 years of experience in the field. Your analytical and numerical skills, particularly with Excel, will be key to gathering insights from data and proposing solutions. Your familiarity with SAP (APO) will help you ensure that planning is timely and efficient. Lastly, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle thanks to your strong communication and influencing skills.
