About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for an intern who will join our Human Resources department.

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will support the HR Relocation Manager during the immigration and relocation process for internal and external moves to the Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters.
You will assist in requesting the work authorization for non-EU candidates and supporting in immigration related matters.
You will ensure the efficient relationship between all parties involved (public authorities, employees, recruiter, HRBP's, administration, payroll, external agencies, legal consultants) to guarantee smooth processes and become the point of knowledge for legal and immigration matters.

Moreover, your mission will be to help in improving policies and structures to ensure effective processes while keeping the aim of high employee satisfaction.
Designing helpful information materials for new joiners will be as well under your responsibility.

You will assist in the onboarding process and guiding employees and their families in their journey to Luxembourg.
If needed, you will finally support the Human Resources Administration team.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university background in Business, Human Resources, Legal or other related field.
You are demonstrating proactivity, empathy, patience, discretion and professional attitude.
Good communication skills with the competency in building and maintaining relationships with all levels of management and business will be essential in your daily activity.
You have also strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach managing complex situations.

On top of that, the key to your success will be your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
