About the Role:

Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters is looking for a Commercial Quality intern to join the Area International Commercial Quality team. Covering this role, you will support the Area Quality Manager in assuring the effective management of the overall quality performance within the Area throughout the Value Chain. 

Specifically, you will regularly collaborate with local Quality Teams to collect and process quality information from the markets for decision-making at the Area and Central level, assist in the governance of the Area Quality and support local commercial quality teams assuring the effective implementation of central guidelines, preparing the required information from the markets.

In this position you will be exposed to decision and policy making and have daily interactions with different Markets and Group functions including Quality, Marketing, Industrial and Supply Chain.

Main Responsibilities:

Overall Quality Management 
You will take part in Area governance mechanisms and in new projects related to the development of Quality in the Area International. Moreover, you will support in monitoring performances/KPIs, improving Quality level and connecting with local quality teams on a regular basis to monitor overall quality performances. You will assist in developing Quality projects within the Area International and ensure harmonization of activities between the different Regions.

Quality Execution and Nonconformities Management 
You will assist local Quality Teams in the implementation of Group Quality guidelines and methodologies and provide feedbacks and improvements to Central teams in case of non-effective application of identified rules and methodologies at local level.

You will support the Area’s Quality Manager in the management of critical nonconformities/incidents and assist local teams in root cause analysis of occurred problems while playing the role of liaison with Group Quality functions when required.

Local Team Development 
You will support local Quality Teams in mastering Group reporting tools and developing reports for the Area Quality team as per established templates. Additionally, you will assist local Quality Teams in the correct implementation of Group commercial quality methodologies. Lastly, you will contribute to the training of newly hired people in local Quality Teams on Group methodologies and reporting tools.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Quality, Quality Food, Marketing or equivalent. 

You will make use of your Reporting preparation and Presentation skills and familiarity with IT databases such as Power BI. Your willingness to understand and deep dive on issues will prove invaluable, as will your ethical and strong personal values. 

On top of this, the key to your success will be your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
