What you will do:

You will be a key change agent endorsing the HR&OI Transformation Program, fostering a culture of learning, development and inclusion.  

As HRBP Manager for M&A, you will analyze the human capital and the end-to-end HR lifecycle in target companies, providing HR recommendations to support potential mergers and acquisitions processes and support the integration of the newly acquired business from an HR standpoint.  

You will support the deployment of the company strategies and organizational evolution, propose and implement specific People initiatives and promote continuous improvement and digitalization of our People Processes.  

You will anticipate future needs, analyzing trends and support the Company development through the market and the Merger & Acquisition integration. 

Liaising regularly with all the stakeholders, HR colleagues and departments involved in transaction processes, you will build enriching working relationships with key stakeholders, developing an expertise in HR due diligence, planning and execution.

What you will bring:

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management, MBA is considered as a plus, 

  • 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in multinational companies or consultancies,  

  • Experience as HRBP or in M&A (acquisition & post-merger integration) from an HR perspective within FMCG or consulting is preferred, 

  • Solid analytical background and strong attention to detail, 

  • Experience and knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools, 

  • Problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different organizational levels (from operative profiles to top management), 

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization, 

  • Proactive attitude, result oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel.

IT Skills 

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 Suite, 

  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.

  • Fluent in English,
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
