About the role:

Lead group of brands development in a Business Unit by deploying each brand regional strategy plan, managing the daily implementation to deliver business results and feedbacking the BUs needs & insights to the Region.

Main responsabilities:

Lead the short and mid term strategies' adaptation to BU's local reality and always aligning main stakeholders (Region Category, Sales, Trade MKT, etc.);

Lead the implementation of Brand Plans in the market, but also guaranteeing regional alignment (with RBMC and RMMC);

Coordinate different areas within the local organization (B. Unit) towards common and pre-defined brand and business objectives;

Responsability over Brand P&L;

Responsability to lead creative agencies to adapt regional guidelines to local needs and coordinate with Regional Media Team the plans together with the Media Agencies;

Active participation and influence in CSU projects together with Regional Team. Responsabilitiy to lead market data understanding & transform into action;

Recommend the Innovation Pipeline and prepare the business cases;

Lead, motivate and develop team towards excelence in execution;

Active participation in S&OP according to Group's Model way of working;

Keep constant communication with Region in order to give clear and effective insights of local needs.   

Who we are looking for:

Consolidated experience in FMCG brand management with clear project management / brand positioning building knowledge, innovation, consumer research, Nielsen, P&L and leadership in working with communication, media, promotion and PR agencies. Strong skills in leadership, persuasion, presentation, communication, analysis and strategic thinking. Ability to overcome barriers, to share knowledge and to develop strong teams;

University degree (Bachelor);

in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
