About the Role:

The Field Sales Analyst (FSA) support the National Field Sales Manager (NFSM), the Field Sales Managers (FSM) & the Regional Sales Representatives (RAR) in the implementation of the commercial strategy on the operational & technical level by providing in depth fields KPI’s analysis & by managing third parties (merchandising, field events, etc.) 

Main Responsibilities:

-    Responsible for: 
o    The analysis of the field KPI’s dashboard & reports 
o    The company store-check dashboard 
o    POSM Management
o    The ad-hoc analysis & reporting
o    CRM tool management (maintenance & improvements)
-    Management of the merchandising activities (form the contact with external partners, preparation of briefings, to the tracking of the activities, follow-up & recommendations for the merchandisers)


-    Budget management : 
o    Ensure accurate budget management & follow-up according to the guidelines 
o    Budget tracking & reporting 
-    Project management: 
o    Improving the current dashboards and developing new ones if needed 
o    Supporting & enabling the implementation of new tools for the field teams 
o    Leading the implementation of new process flows: e.g. sales forecasting tool approach   
o    Translating business needs into tangible data: e.g. new check-out approach 


-    Administration : 
o    Full management of the purchasing process (PR, PO)  
o    Events organization (booking, etc.) 
o    Field logistics –e.g. tracking of stock management (warehouse, depots)
-    Support to the FSMs:
o    Team trainings for the RAR on field tools (e.g. CRM, reporting dashboards)
o    Support in the presentation for the field meetings
 

Who we are looking for:

-    Master’s degree in economics, management or marketing
-    Good communication skills
-    Analytical skills
-    Structured & priority settings
-    Critical thinking & Problem-solving skills
-    Basic understanding of accounting and controlling principles  
-    Autonomous & pro-active
-    MS office management skills (good Excel knowledge)
-    Very good knowledges of French, Dutch & English
