Are you interested in bringing enjoyment to the life of our consumers through our high quality, premium treats? We have a great opportunity to join us on a 12 month FTC as Exclusive Range Manager to join the fast-paced Thorntons brand team.
As the Exclusive Range Manager - Thorntons you will drive the development of products into Thorntons.com and all Ferrero partner retail stores. You will be involved in building the strategy of the range, developing and implementing ideas and projects with a key emphasis on profitability, whilst ensuring everything aligns with the core strategies of the business and brand values. You will report directly into the Marketing Manager - Thorntons and work closely with senior leaders across the Ferrero business
You will be actively involved in defining strategies building NPD/EPD product briefs to support development and simplify complexity within ranges. Be part of developing and monitoring Thorntons gifting range using test and learn trial to build additional product briefs where necessary.
Act as the lead and project management for all exclusive range products development, building briefs, driving timelines, liaising with R&D and pack dev teams, to bring products from the concept to launch. You will build product development briefs to align to development of core range products.
Communicate with commercial & operational teams to understand product requirements across different channels, developing low complexity methods of differentiation where required.
Liaise internally with a number of departments including the brand team and DTC to support the development of online communications. With finance to build and approve product P&Ls aligning with key stakeholders throughout.
You will present strategies, date and information to Senior Stakeholders and Managing Directors' at monthly (scale up) project meetings.
Who we are looking for:
You will have brand marketing experience and familiarity with Nielsen/Kantar, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will be able to articulate the brand strategically, strong project management & prioritisation skills, with great analytical abilities (Microsoft Excel).
You would have a special connection and passion for the Thornton's brand. Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading, and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and have a commercial mindset.
