About the Role:
Are you looking for an opportunity to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary? As a Customer Category & Campaign Lead you will be responsible for providing the Category Management and Shopper Marketing resource at Key Account level to ensure that each Retailer has fully dedicated resource to unlock growth opportunities. Ensuring a triple win approach is delivered for all key Retail partners.
You will take full responsibility for the creation of Customer maps with the strategic Customers, ensuring all ‘gold’ Customers are fully supported on category and campaign management.
The creation of the contact strategy beyond the buyer, building strong relationships with ‘gold’ Customers to run category captaincy/ trusted advisor projects.
You will ensure there is full visibility of the range review calendar across all categories and communicate range review details to the Category Development team to track NPD opportunity areas.
Mapping the evaluation and wins on range review calendar and report positive results back
into the business. Also, providing a strong set of reports for Customers providing visibility on market performance, category insights and NPD tracking.
You will ensure all campaigns are entered correctly into the system. Review ROI on the system with the Key Accounts team across all campaigns and in the context of account investment.
Create a summary of activities to ensure Shopper Marketing continues to be a commercial driver.
Who we are looking for:
A strong commercial bias is required to enable the unlocking of distribution and leverage on Ferrero investment as critical success factors.
You will have experience within the FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of strong commercial performance from category management and profitability with a customer centric view.
A can do attitude, proactive and solution orientated, with strong negotiation and people management skills.
You will be able to influence and engage with internal stakeholders and third parties.
