About the Role:

Within our Strategy Department we are currently looking for a Brand Manager Better For You who will support the implementation of the brand strategic guidelines and the development and line extensions. The candidate will be highly exposed to quantitative and qualitative tools of market researches with the request of interpreting the learning and making them actionable.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Conduct global competitive intelligence and analysis on the Better-for-you perimeter (namely Snack Bars), monitoring new launches, looking for consumer insights and new trends
  • Activate and run ad hoc research projects: briefing the research agencies, preparing and taking part to the research activities, systematizing and interpreting research results, in order to identify and propose considerations and actions for the development of the category strategy.


  • Define the Global Brand Image, Positioning and Big Idea
  • Develop a 360° Global marketing mix
  • Support the strategy for geographical rollouts and entrance in new markets
  • Support brand legal matters, nutrition and sustainability, quality monitoring and improvement
  • Run regular market/business performance analysis to assess effectiveness of initiatives and impact on the business metrics (sell in, sell out, …) and brand KPIs (awareness, penetration, …) and country-specific deep-dives to highlight phenomena and consumer trends.


  • Support new product and "big-renovation" projects, concerning quality, market test and research guidelines, pricing level, positioning and communication
  • Prepare and take part to the research field activities (Qualitative and Quantitative)
  • Deeply analyze research results, in order to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning 
  • Be responsible for special projects regarding the assigned brand portfolio
  • Support the development and maintenance of Product-Range strategy, portfolio management (complexity), including CU (and TU base)
  • Create Packaging Designs or ADV briefs for agencies, participating in the evaluation of the works to select the winning ones and finally ensuring the completion of the activities
  • Coordinate the activities carried out by external suppliers (mockups, artworks, shooting, etc.).


Support the brand strategic guidelines and strategic development in the long term.

Who we are looking for:


  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or related field
  • Expertise of FMCG and Brand Marketing environment
  • Strong analytical and synthetical skills
  • Sharp marketing mindset and consumer-driven approach, better if developed in a multi-markets and multi-cultural environment
  • Genuine curiosity and lateral thinking
  • Multi markets and culture understanding
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical and financial skills
  • Result oriented
  • Project management experience
  • Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines
  • Availability to travel. 

IT Skills: 

  • Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of Nielsen/IRI DBs
  • Familiarity with SAP Architecture is considered a plus


  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
