Controlling is an arid subject? Not at all here ... Expecially when we have to calculate monthly the commercial result of Ferrero Germany in order to report it to the Board.
As the Controlling department, we are involved in all the activities of creation of added value for the Company, starting from the raw materials, down to Marketing, Sales, passing by Production. In order to calculate the value of all these processes, our department is divided into five teams that work on specific areas. This is useful to clarify problems emerging from the operative activity and that are found in the final result as "numbers". In parallel there is an intense exchange of ideas and information between different functions and the Controlling department.
What personally attracts me the most is not only the variety of tasks but also Ferrero's internationality. In the halls you can hear a lively combination of German, Italian, English... and who still does not master the language can attend one of the courses offered by the Company.
