Ferrero International S.A. (hereinafter the Company) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Ferrero Careers website and shall do everything in its power to ensure that personal data is treated with respect to fundamental rights and freedoms as well as personal dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal information. We require users to provide certain personal information and details in order to provide our services, and we would therefore like to explain the procedures and ways in which we handle data supplied to us.

Source, type and purpose of data
The Company collects personal information and details on its website, Ferrero Careers.
You may upload your CV on our website. In particular, the Company will ask you to enter certain information such as your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and professional qualifications and history in order to allow you access to the Ferrero Careers services, which are intended to manage applications for possible recruitment purposes.
Types of entities to whom your data may be provided
The Company informs you that your personal information may be sent to:
(a) other companies of the Ferrero Group that might be interested in your application.
(b) its Technical Subcontractor (a company outside the Ferrero Group whose services we use), which only acts upon instruction of the Company. In order to carry out its activities, the Technical Subcontractor will transfer your personal information to its server in the United States.
The transfers of personal information described above are susceptible of including transfers to countries outside the European Union that might not offer the same level of protection as that guaranteed by the European legislation regarding personal information.
Storage of your personal details and account
Your personal details, together with your account, will be stored for a period of 18 months from the time they are entered or from the most recent modification you made. After this period, your personal data will be destroyed.
Minors
The Company may offer part-time or seasonal work which is suitable for minors. In this regard, in order to register and hold an account on the Ferrero Careers website, the minor must also provide the Company with certain personal information.
Through the Ferrero Careers website, the Company may use the minor’s personal details and accept registration only if a parent or guardian have given their consent to this respect. If, however, a parent considers it necessary to prevent a minor from using the Ferrero Careers website, programs are available which enable the control access to the Internet or its various pages. If a minor wishes to access the services provided by Ferrero Careers, we consider it appropriate for the parent or guardian to assist and guide him/her when browsing the site.
